Shipping Address Requirements

 

Please do not use PO Box address. All orders must be delivered to a physical street address.

Lavender & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a carrier is unable to deliver an order due to their policies, access restrictions, or issues related to your location, this is the customer's responsibility, not Lavender & Co.

 

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. We do not ship outside of the USA. Shipping is not available to Alaska nor Hawaii.

 

 

Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight and dimensions. Standard shipping ground via UPS or FedEx ranges from $7.99- $14.99. Orders costing over $250 qualify for free shipping.
